Synchronous rectification technology introduction:
1. Synchronous rectification is a new technology that uses special power MOSFETs with very low on-state resistance to replace the rectifier diode to reduce rectification losses.
2. It can greatly improve the efficiency of the DC/DC converter and does not exist by the Schottky barrier voltage caused by the dead zone voltage.
3. Power MOSFET belongs to the voltage control device, it is in the on-time volt-ampere characteristics of the linear relationship.
4. When using power MOSFET as rectifier, the gate voltage must be synchronized with the phase of the rectified voltage in order to complete the rectification function, so it is called synchronous rectification.
5. Synchronous rectification technology is to greatly reduce the rectification loss at the output of the switching power supply, thereby improving conversion efficiency and reducing the heat of the power supply itself.
Output current adjustment method:
1. Adjust the CV potentiometer, according to your load requirements, set the output voltage to your desired voltage value.
2. Set the CC potentiometer counterclockwise about 30 turns, (i.e., set the output current to the minimum), connect the LED, adjust the CC potentiometer to your desired current. For battery charging, after discharging the battery, and then connected to the output, adjust CC to your desired current, (for charging must be used to discharged batteries to adjust only accurate, because the battery is left in the more power, the smaller the charging current.)

OUT+: output positive
OUT-: negative output
+IN: input positive
-IN: input negative
CV: Output voltage adjustment
CC: output current adjustment
